General Notarizations (Acknowledgements, Oath & Affirmations, Signature Witnessings, Certified Copies, etc.) are $10 per signature/per person. For I-9, Loan, and Real Estate Documents, call or email for a quote.

*the state of Indiana allows a notary public to accept government-issued IDs up to 3 years expired. If you do not have an acceptable form of ID, you are allowed to use two credible witnesses (with IDs)

We accept  ApplePay, CashApp, and Paypal. We also accept credit cards and cash. Payment will need to be provided before any notarizations are completed. 

You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your appointment start time. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment.

Dai Notary has a No Refund Policy. All sales are final. However, we are willing to reschedule your appointment.

We are a mobile Notary service that will travel to you. We do not have an office that is open to the public.
